We have been in practice for over 30 years and have always done our own billing.  The job was really getting to be too much for one person to handle but I never trusted that an outside service would ever care about my business the way that I did.  BOY WAS I WRONG.  From the moment I met Amanda and her team, Susanna and Andrea, I knew I made the right decision.

It was an extremely smooth transition because they are familiar with Officemate. There is no double entry of anything. Everything is done electronically. They promptly file our claims, post the EOBs, appeal when necessary, answer any question we may have,  and even bill our patients for their responsibility. Our denials are almost non existent. They even fix the stuff we don’t even know we posted incorrectly. They REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF!!!

They are a pleasure to deal with. Always accessible, always willing to go the extra mile ,all with an amazing can do attitude.

They have changed my business life. Giving me more time to work on the business as opposed to in the business which is something I was never able to do.

I would highly recommend Infinite to any medical practice.

…So there was this patient. Claim kept getting denied. The reason was something stupid like “CPT code not payable with linked diagnosis,” when we all knew that was wrong. Yet appeal, after appeal, after appeal, they kept denying. I honestly was ready to give up and just let it go. But your team just wouldn’t let it go. Believe it if you will, about eight months later, after I blocked this claim out of my memory, I actually got a check for it. It was like Christmas morning, opening that mail.

After working for few years at the hospital, I decided to start a private practice. Soon I realized that seeing patients is not enough for building a successful practice and how unprepared I was to deal with arising billing issues.  One of my colleagues connected me to Infinite Medical Billing. Since then I have forgotten about all of it; submitting claims, following reimbursements, appeals and even billing my patients. I was finally able simply be the doctor I wanted my practice to be about.

If my patients have questions about billing, I refer them to Infinite’s representatives with full confidence that they will receive a professional response in timely manner.I am very grateful for 2 years of effective cooperation and mutual trust, and, I recommend Infinite Billing to my colleagues without reservations.

Anyone who’s started a medical practice can tell you, the legwork almost certainly makes you want to cry. They don’t teach you this stuff in Med School. Applications, databases, endless slews of paper and signatures until your fingers bleed. Once you can take the insurances, you have no idea how to bill them, or even find our if they will pay for any of it. We tried once, on our own, and it wasn’t pretty. Then we found Infinite Medical Billing. At the beginning, we were calling about 30 times a day with random questions. They simplified everything for us. More than that, they taught us, helped us learn and understand how the system works. With them on our side we don’t worry about any of it, because we know already know it’s in great hands

We run two busy optical medical centers, and when we brought our billing over to Infinite Medical Billing, we really needed someone to help sort out the mess left behind from the companies and billers we had before. This switch turned out to become our godsend. They sorted out our situation in a realistic time frame with minimal impact to us. They are thorough, follow through on everything they promise, and go out of their way to accommodate our ever-changing needs. I have no idea where we would be without them

Even before I got credentialed with an insurance company, I knew I would need someone to do the billing for me. Let’s face it, getting paid for services, regardless of whether it’s insurance or patients, it’s like a full time job all on it’s own. I’ve tried other companies, but realized: not everyone in this industry knows what they are doing.

I wished I could just come across a professional, who knew all the ins and outs and roundabouts of insurance billing, who would tell me what I need to do to get the billing done right. I finally found that professional when I met Amanda at Infinite. From the first meeting it was clear that she knows her stuff to a T. She is shroud, assertive, extremely well organized and highly professional. She and her team stay on top of their responsibilities, but also help me be more organized with mine.

They email and call me to remind if I have not prepared charts for billing. They track down every payments and handle all communications with patients. I know I can reach out to them with any question, sometimes even beyond the scope of what they normally deals with. They always find an answer for me. And if they don’t, they won’t let it rest until they does. I only wish I could have them run all the other aspects of my life.

When we were first opening our optical, my partners and I had no idea what world of quicksand we had stepped into. It’s like stepping into the side wind of a tornado. I made one phone call to one insurance about joining their panel and we realized we were completely out of our depth. In steps Infinite Medical Billing. I’m not going to lie, some of the words they would say to me sounded like Latin at first, but they always took the time to break it down for us to understand.

Credentialing was the first hurdle, but they simplified it for us right down to just the signature pages. We started with paper charts because our doctor rejected the idea of an EHR system. What a mistake, as we learned. Overall waste of money, energy, resources, and trees. But wait, have you ever tried to do the setup on an electronic health records system for both medical, sales, and materials at the same time? No? IT SUCKS!

I wouldn’t have been able to do the insurance side of this alone because I just didn’t understand it at all. With Infinite, we did it together, and they backed us every step of the way. Now we submit everything electronically, saving us all time, energy, money, and most importantly sanity. Best decision we ever made, deciding to work with them.
